Block this as soon as possible do not click it. Tyme Bank has been absolutely useless. As they haven't contacted me at all about the ********** case except for these sms's.

I expected Tyme Bank to call back as they promised about 5 times. Nothing. I haven't received a refund so now I am completely stuck no accommodation no money to purchase a plane ticket to get home.

What do they expect me to do now? Just drop your customers like that. Are we just a joke? How can a bank treat customers like this it's unfathomable. This is all I have received from tyme bank via texts.

Please can we do something about this, so I can actually sleep in accommodation and purchase a ticket please, this is extremely urgent. Thank you so much.
