TymeBank must reliaze my payment to Psira since is one off payment

I Paid Psira lost week Wednesday using TymeBank but money was out of my account but Psira is saying they did not receive the money I don’t know how to resolve this I can not pay Psira 2 times I need them to pay money to Psira because I paid online
