Tymebank (Moretyme) and pick n pay clothing

I bought clothes at pick n pay clothing kyalami corner on the 14th of October using Moretyme from TymeBank. The lady who helped me somehow made two transactions instead of one. Installments are deducted twice every month when it should be just one transaction. I've lodged a query with pick n pay and it's been a month and nothing has been done. Ive been following up but nothing.The manager named Lebogang has not assisted at all. All I need is for them to refund me my money.
