Tymebank money send

I sent money to someone on the 2 July. He didn't Receive the Ticket because Tymebank had issues. I called on the 4th July, 10th July and was told ill get my money back. Its the 18th of July and no word no ticket number to check report or complain. This is not a bank its a loan shark who disappears after you've deposited money in their account. Word of Advice to others who want to open an account with tymebank stick to your bank thats raping you with fees its much better.
