Tymebank money missing

I deposited money from my Absa bank account through my bank app on the 29 of March 2024 to my colleague using a tymebank, and even today she has not received the money. I went to my bank( Absa) and they told me that money went out of my bank account and j should communicate with tyme bank as there is nothing they can do on their said. I then sent an email to tymebank and attached the proof of payment and n was told wait for 48hr that was on the 06 April till to today am still waiting for feedback from their financial team.

The sad part is that i heard from my other colleague that her friend is going through the samething . I wonder if this is normal to tymebank as I have never heard of such.
