TYMEBANK ****MERS

My husband saved money on goal saver it's been 2months now,Tymebank doesnt wanna release the money..each time he calls they say the money will reflect within 24hrs it has been 2months

We went to their head office 3x no help,wrote to ombudsman for the second time ,they gave Tynebank 7days to rectify this issue ... We dont have money for lawyers how can we get help because we need the money...

Anyone who has been in a similar situation pls help us
