TymeBank linces must be banned

Why is it so hard for tymebank to unblock the account when issue is solved??? My wife's account was blocked on 14/05/22 but till to date account is still blocked, we have tried all our means to recover our money but no one is assisting us.

Why is it so hard to to help your clients in proper way Who can just loose R10, 000 just like that??? TymeBank it's just useless bank ihve never seen All this banks they don't do the way you are doing Your Helpline number is just useless I think your license must be revoked because this is day light ******* We want our money back then you close that **** account How can you handle people's money while you don't have proper Branch where customers can go and get help???? Are you sure that those robots on your Helpline they gona help us????? Please we want our money back we are tired
