Tymebank Kiosk - Out of Order for more than one week.

The Tymebank kiosk/terminal inside the Pick 'n Pay, The Reeds, has been out of order for more than a week. The staff at Pick 'n Pay informed me they did report it, but Tymebank did not respond. This is a poor and disgusting service to Tymebank customers and does your reputation only BAD. What seems to be the problem in repairing or replacing the kiosk?
