Tymebank Kiosk Out of order!!
I wrote this review 4 days ago! Absolutely no response. Poor customer service.
The Tymebank kiosk/terminal inside the Pick 'n Pay, The Reeds, has been out of order for more than a week. The staff at Pick 'n Pay informed me they did report it, but Tymebank did not respond. This is a poor and disgusting service to Tymebank customers and does your reputation only BAD. What seems to be the problem in repairing or replacing the kiosk?
Pathetic customer service !!

07 Jun 2023, 17:36Good day, This is a poor response. TymeBank should have focused on replacing the kiosk. Why did your people not replace the kiosk when Pick 'n Pay reported it weeks ago? Surely your ops center could see the kiosk is off line for many weeks? The nearest kiosk is too far as I will be required to spend my fuel to another store. You have an advantage to service customers with kiosks and no brick & mortar branches. Use it.
