TymeBank keeps charging even after I closed my account

It’s been over 2 months since I called TymeBank and asked them to close my account which they never did because I’m getting statements every month. When I called to enquire someone which never happened. I have given up on calling because I always put on for more 30 minutes then the call gets cut. All I ask that you close that account, I don’t want accumulate these unnecessary bank charges.
