TymeBank keeping money from customers stay away!!!

Please stay away from TymeBank!!!! It is the worse bank I have ever come across. I have invested money with them and their upgrade function is not working at all. The selfie function on the app is not working and I have tried with different phones. Then they send me one of their kiosk. I tried three different one and still the upgrade not working. Then I have phoned them they have sent me a link to upgrade on the computer. Also not successful then they asked me to go to Home Affairs. NO bank before has asked me to go to Home Affairs to upgrade an account. Now I want to pay my funds out and close the account now I am limited to 2000 Rand a day pay out because I cant not upgrade the account. I have phoned in again their turn around time is 5 days!!!!!! I have never experienced a worse bank that this and can just warn everyone to stay away!!!!
