TymeBank just wastes your time and airtime.

Haven't used my account for 6 months so I forgot my pin, I then went ahead and tried to reset both the pin and password, just to have my account locked due to slow OTP's. The I phoned the call centre where they told me I have to wait 24 hours because there is nothing they can do. I proceed to wait 24 hours. Tried to reset my PIN again today, got 1-step further just to have the account locked again due to super vague credit bureau status questions.

Now on the phone again with the call center agent and she is saying I have to wait another 24 hours bacause there is nothing they can do......... So it takes almost 50 hours to reset a PIN, terribly disappointing.
