TymeBank is Useless!!!
I reported a *****ulent activity that was done on the 04/10/23- on my TymeBank account where someone was able to Reset my password used for Online banking & used money in my account to buy a gambling voucher.
I have explained to their ***** department via a call centre spoke to a Lady named Mariam , that it was not me who did the transaction because, it was done after my cell phone number was sim swapped.
Now they tell me that they will not refund my account.
TymeBank is a Useless bank & I will never use it or advise any one to open an account with them.

22 Nov 2023, 19:52It’s been over 2 weeks, but have not heard anything from TymeBank. They send me an email saying they are the safest bank, but I do not agree. I would not have been here to report that a *****ulent activity was done in my account, that resulted into my money being used without my concern.
I spoke with a consultant who agreed that this was a *****ulent activity on my account & I’m still waiting for them to refund me.
