TymeBank is useless

TymeBank is absolutely useless. I have been calling and emailing for 2 weeks to get a letter of no account from them. Every time they reply "please send your ID number and ACCOUNT number". Are they really that ***********? I'm not even a client of their so called bank, so how much must their own clients struggle. Oh, and the best part, they are nation wide in every Pick n Pay but their only branch is in Rosebank. Really? Utterly pathetic.
