Tymebank is unreliable and I will never encourage to bank with them

Last year in June my identity profile was ****** and used **********ly in an recruitment process, In February 2022 Tymebank put my savings account on hold, I cannot withdraw money my account. When I called Tymebank they referred me to SAPFP to get a PR letter. SAPFP informed me that since this is not a financial crime, the bank must grant me access to my account, I also went to the police station to get an affidavit, I have emailed all these documents to Tymebank and got a automated response that they will contact me within 24 hours. It is now over 72 hours and I haven’t heard a work from Tymebank. I have spoken to Tebogo Ditlhare, Samkelo Nogobeni and recently to Bathabile Sibiya all from Tymebank who have been giving me a run around. I am really tied and I just want to withdraw my money and close the account with Tymebank
