TymeBank is unprofessional!!
TymeBank is not professional, there's no proper customer service. On the 16th of December I deposited money via TymeBank Eft to Vodacom (as it appears in the TymeBank app) and Vodacom never received any single cent of that money. When I contacted TymeBank via email I only received 2 case numbers till today. Nobody bothered to call me and update me whatsoever. If that is not Vodacom, then why do you call him Vodacom? Are you ****** or what??
