TymeBank is trying to **** me off my money

Worst customer service ever experienced. I have an on going ***** case since June and I have been trying to get it resolved with no success,the funds are frozen I call the customer care center every week since then, sometimes 2 to 3 times a week...to release the funds back to me but I always get the same response, the case is handed over to a different investigator. Sometimes I would be placed on hold for an hour before being cut off.
