TymeBank is the pits

I’m frustrated with the service I’m getting from tymebank, I sent money to a Capitec account on the 24 of March, account number is correct but it hasn’t reflected till this day and I’m told I put in a wrong branch code. I have been calling and no one seems to help or even know what is happening. That money is for my fees and rent, I’m going to be kicked out because of *****ulent activities in my account, I mean the branch code was automatically inserted, I didn’t even type it in, agggg I don’t even know the branch codes and one of the agents told me the branch code is for CITY BANK?????????????????

I need to get that money, I don’t know what **** this is but I’m not happy at all😡😡😡😡
