Tymebank is the best bank in SOUTH AFRICA

I spoke to Lerato from Tymebank who resolved my query in a timeous fashion. It was such a pleasure to be assisted by someone who actually cared about their job. She made it such an easy and pleasurable interaction. Had I known about them sooner I would have switched to their banking service long ago. 10 out of 10 on all counts. I wish there was a survey I could do for her to let her know she is doing an excellent job and she should keep it up. I will be sharing my experience with everyone who has ears to hear. Tymebank you have a gem in that employee, continue to train more people like her.
