Tymebank is refusing with my late husbands statement
I have requested a statement for my late husband on the 9th Feb 2025, explaining that the court needs it in order to issue me with letter of authority. I have been waiting till now, I was told to wait 43 days while the pension fund won't be able to assist with the claim after 21 days of the passing. I have been sending emails but I don't get assistance...a mere statement, I should wait for 43 days. I don't know why my husband was banking with a Bank that doesn't have a branch. Now I'm struggling.
Don't bank with tymebank, think of how your loved ones will struggle after you pass.

05 Mar 2025, 14:05Those people are talking bull****. I sent those documents they requested on the 21st of February. I really advise anyone who banks with tymebank to rethink their decision. Imagine that I have to wait this long for a mere statement. Thats crazy and ***********. I want that statement today. It's not my fault that they hired *********** people. Nxa **** tymebank

I want a 3 months statement in order for the court to write letters to my late husband's debit Orders. They sent February statement and it doesn't have debit orders. I want it today please as it is the last day to claim. Alexander Forbes gave me 21 days to claim. Tell those people that it's urgent. I'm going to court today. I have been very patient with them for long
