Tymebank is NOT worth it!!

Tymebank used to be such a reliable efficient bank, however as of recently their customer service has declined drastically. I was awaiting a refund and it was almost two weeks so I contacted them and they said to send through proof of refund to their card services department, so without any complaints I contacted the company got the document and sent it through to tymebank. I then got an automatic response saying someone would contact me in 24 hours. It went almost a month nobody contacted me and I still did not receive my refund. I had to keep chasing them for my refund and it took over a month to receive it!!! The worst part is this has now happened more than once. Absolutely disappointing, I'm considering leaving them. I rather deal with the bank charges of other banks than all this stress and inconvenience.
