TYMEBANK is not for customers

I had the unfortunate experience of having money withdrawn from my account from 171 Main Street, Johannesburg on the 21 Dec 2024, but I was nowhere close to the CBD. We live in Crown Gardens and my wife and I used my card to purchase some things for R 110 from our local filling station, TOTAL, in Ridgeway. The next morning I realised that there was R300 withdrawn earlier but we were nowhere close to the CBD. I made the ***** case with TymeBank and they rejected it because my PIN was present at the time of the transaction. My card was me not in the CITY. How did this happen?
