Tymebank is not a professional bank

I was ****med 73 000 rand from my personal account at tymbank, they create their own bank card and change my profile at the app, during dose transections my number was ported by the ****ers, I logged a complain at the bank and they told me to seek my money from the network provider that I am using cause they compromised my number. The funny thing is wen your do the new card at their machines it requires a fingerprint but it seems ****mers managed to bridge their system, how I am still asking myself. All dat money was used and transferred to theirs accounts. Even today I don't get help
