TymeBank is not a Bank
I have been using this bank from 2019, with no problems. Now they do not know how to send simple statements. For a digital bank statements should be a walk in a park. You call the center, all you get is emails with a link that does not work and an SMS stating the issue has been resolved. Are the any competent people left in your establishment. All you get is generic responses that do begin to resolve the issue. The next someone says my issues has been escalated or someone will call me back. I will literally pull my hair. I need October and September statement ASAP.

No wonder you came 5th last year I will not be recommending you to anyone, instead i will be doing the opposite. Nobody is competent there.This is not the first time someone working there has made a promise to me.Since last month, I have been promised callbacks, but no one has contacted me.I am certain that TymeBank employees do not bank with the bank.Based on my own research, the individuals I recommended this bank have also not received September statements. You should not call yourself a Bank but just a bunch of people playing with our hard earned money. Banking with you is a gamble. No queries get resolve except to generic SMSes. No communication at all. When things go wrong, you hope that people do realise it.
