TYMEBANK IS HORRIBLE NEVER JOIN THEM! I MEAN NEVER.

Worst Bank in the entire universe, My wife has been trying to call then Tymebank Call Centre since 7am this morning , we have spent close to 200 minutes worth of airtime all because the app does not have the Jan2024 statement available how in this day in age does a bank have the option to download a statement for the month you are in. This is horrible ,eventually when someone answered the call they cut the call intentionally can you believe it . We need the January 2024 bank statement as this is outstanding for an application , we might loose the deal all because of TYMEBANKS incompetence.
