I have requested a proof of Account of my late husband on Monday still nothing. I've sent follow-up emails, I called but nothing. I've also asked them how long should one wait for the funds to be released still nothing. Tymebank is a ***** bank. I just called them now, they've told me to wait on the line for 30 minutes until I dropped my call cause clearly they don't want to assist. This is bull****. This bank is kaak

10 Apr 2025, 17:36I'm still waiting as I haven't received the proof of Account. I just called them now and I was told to send another email. Yho father God, this bank is stressful. Imagine mourning your loved one then on the other hand you have to deal with this bank that is refusing to assist me.
