TYMEBANK is BOGUS, Don't you all agree????

Tymebank is not a reliable digital bank. I did a withdrawal of $45 17 days ago from IC Markets broker based in UK. It is still not reflecting in my account up to the present day. According to their policy it should reflect WITHIN 14 days because it has to first go to National bank then to them (Tymebank). It is not the first time having this problem with them. I have been calling them on this line: ***, since last week all of the consultants are clueless on what causing the delay of the withdrawal. all their response: "The back-up office is dealing with it" "we can't get hold of the person dealing with your account". Even today I called them still no solution for my case, isn't this BOGUS?
