TymeBank is **** bank

On the 15 Jan2025 around 5:35 in the morning I made an instant payment from my TymeBank account to my Nedbank account, it didn’t show. I called on the 18 of January to enquire how long does their instant deposit take the opened a case saying they will transfer or reverse the 1000 rands transfer on the 29 of January.

I made a follow up on the 30 of January it was not paid they said the money went through, I sent a Ditiro Motene an email Of my Nedbank statement to show him nothing from TymeBank reached my day to day account (Nedbank). He assured me that the money will reflect on the 9th of February which didn’t happen.

I futher called 10th February to engi but I was told he is busy on another call till today.

Yesterday I got a call from a Thatego who said I must do her job where I called Nedbank on her behalf and TymeBank’s behalf with my own money to enquire about the 1966***** account which Nedbank did check on their records and the account doesn’t exist. They (Nedbank) further advices me to ask for a recall form from TymeBank because the period it took TymeBank bank to pay my money back the money should be back.

I called TymeBank today got a Thandekile who said a miss Thatego will call back but to my surprise she sends me an SMS with an IP that says my matter is resolved. Why are you being sly TymeBank? What is the delay and most worst of all why am I doing your job when you can do it and resolve the matter instead of beating the bush like this? Pay back today cause you tried to **** me again here on “hello Peter “. TymeBank is the worst of the worst ever…sies

I have received an email from you that says you guys won’t pay the money after we spoke on the phone that you have opened a complaint case with interbank (C-5932). The email went straight to the point that the funds won’t be refunded.
I also called Nedbank regarding the account again they said TymeBank they need to fill a recall form if there’s such an account they will freeze it.
I don’t want the money anymore but all I need is to know in which cloud did the money vanish to because I don’t believe money will just disappear without any trace and I never got the any message explaining how and what happened and said regarding the case C-5932 or maybe the interbank also said there’s nothing they can do as much as you keep telling me
