Tymebank is Another VBS

I opened a tymebank account, got an sms to collect my card at any pick n pay kiosk but guess what NONE of the kiosks at pick n pay works!!!! I went to all the pick n pay stores in my area that have a tyme bank kiosk and none of them are working. No one at these pick n pay outlets seem to know whats the issue with this bank. Its the long weekend I cant even spend my money that I already transfered to my tymebank account. Their call center is the worst customer care line in the world. I am so scared as this looks like a tip of the iceberg, I really wanted to give them a chance since its owned by a black man but it sure looks like another VBS. Sadly I have no choice but to go back to my previous expensive bank.
