TYMEBANK IS A USELESS INSTITUTION!!!!!

My mother's case ***** case was closed but we were not given feedback or any form of communication. I have called numerous this week but still no feedback. You guys provide such a disgusting customer service and you don't care at all about people who trust you with their money.
