Tymebank is a ****, until the Ombudsman convinced me different.

Tymebank is the most terrible bank I have ever used. And I will prove this by closing their account ASAP. But not before I take them to the Ombudsman first. Also, I have to make sure my salary is now going through my new bank account elsewhere before I take the leap. 1. I buy a lot from TEMU. Sometimes they adjust prices, and refund the difference. I never got a single such repayment from Tymebank, despite proof from TEMU. I used to get them at Bidvest, so I know it's a Tymebank problem. 2. Sometimes refunds are due because you returned items for bad quality, size or whatever other reason. And Tymebank simply never completes these refunds. Again proof from TEMU is at hand. 3. Let's suppose TEMU is giving **** proofs on refunds to Tymebank in particular, firstly, how would that make sense for them to single out this one bank. Secondly, with Tymebank's poor customer service, where calls that are not free ring in excess of 15 minutes on average, how would customers identify TEMU as the source of their frustrations when the the bitter Tymebank pudding is in their full mouths as proof of not caring about their clients? Thirdly, I am repayments that go as far back as February, actually. 4. Tymebank has the useless 0860 number they never answer. But lo and behold, that number is their whatsapp customer care line too. However, even the 'HI' they request you send to initiate conversations goes forever without response. It's 10H45 now, Zulu time, and I sent a message at past 8am, and I am still in limbo. 5. This one they may argue with, and they did before, and hello Peter unfairly withdrew my review. It's less important, but still audaciously deceiving. Language is very important. And ****** have a way of creating ambiguity to make themselves look like they are not misleading folks. Guys, saying "a day before" is not the same as "the day before". If I say I will give you money a day before, you expect it 24 hours prior to said date. If I, however, said the day before, that could be anytime on the earlier date. I stand corrected, but I think a big bank like Tymebank would agree that their salary "A DAY" before is conveniently misleading. This way, if your salary arrives at 11:59 PM, when it was due a minute later anyway, Tymebank scores victory on their purposeful deception. I get my salary from government at 00H00 on the 15th, religiously. Anyone who promises me my salary A DAY before would have to deliver it at 00H00 on the 14th, not 15H45 when the day before's shops have an hour and half before they close. Technical perhaps, when language technicalities are the big difference between honest and dishonest advertising. But maybe this one is less important now. I accepted long ago that I was deceived and I fell for it...and a convenient difference of interpretation is the blanket pulled on people's faces.

If only your quick responses on public review platforms were a reflection of your haste to respond to queries on your customer care lines, you would be all the better for it. An overall rating of 1.37 is really a condemnation of your attitude towards clients, and I believe if ratings had a negative score, that is exactly where you would be sitting...below zero. Please stop posturing here and go and deal with customers' problems on your customer (lack of) care hotlines!

That's the whole point! You are very prompt here.
Tobhighlight my plight, all these reviews, I copied and pasted them as they are, on your WhatsApp line, in addition to a message I sent at 08H34, Zulu time!
You have responded twice here already, within seconds! But not once to the same messages on your own timelines! Very pretentious indeed. I wish we could attach documents here, I would send a screenshot to prove this. And my email, which is where I began. Someone is still yet to come back to me! Bravo! How amazing!
