Tymebank is a **** with terrible customer service

Tymebank is seriously useless and I hope anyone reading this closes their account before they are in need of customer service or ***** department (both equally rude and useless)

My mother has been ****med twice with this bank, the most recent event she called ***** and the money was frozen before it got to capitec bank, a case with the police was open and capitec said they are waiting for communication from Tymebank in order to release the funds back to my mom the victim, guess what, tymebank never bothered to do so, my mother called them many many times their customer service is TERRIBLE, you wait and wait just to be transferred to an *********** fool of a customer representative who is rude, I guess they don't care to even train their stuff. We obviously going to the ombudsman with this, but people be warn! Do Not Join Tymebank! It's nonsense! It's *******! You better off putting your money under pillow
