TymeBank is a **** of a bank with no one to turn to in time of real need and suspected ***** on the account

TymeBank is such a stupid bank and very frustrating to have. No physical banks, come time of need, you have no one to turn to. I had my online profile blocked in September and to date I don't have any access to the account and so is my money that is stuck in the account. I log a call, each time I get told I'm unable to be connected to someone who Will help me on the spot. I should wait for a turnaround time to be called back. Next thing my case gets closed without receiving any feedback or further help. Few days back I decided to deposit more funds into the account and last night they were returned as "account closed" how does this happen? Who did you contact? Where's my rest of the funds that were in this account? I short myself in the foot by trusting such a stupid bank. Stay away from TymeBank
