14 Feb 2022, 12:35Good day whoever you are,
I did send an e-mail to *** on 11-Jan-22 and have not received a response to date, hence my post on Hellopeter.
Is that typical of the service level at TymeBank? Should we use Hellopeter to communicate with TymeBank?

15 Feb 2022, 09:18Good day whoever you are,
I contacted you via e-mail which is my preferred method of communication. You failed to respond to date and also not advised why. I presume your service level is just pathetic, like your communication.
Please advise contact details of the head of the organsiation as it seems you have no interest in assisting.

17 Feb 2022, 09:51Hi The TymeBank Team,
It seems you don't take your clients' concerns seriously as there has been no response to my e-mail of 11-Jan-2022 and you now re-escalating after a delayed response.
Like I mentioned e-mail is my preferred method of communication. I also don't undertstand how you can expect a client to incur the cost and inconvenience of calling your support team to compensate for poor service on your end. Is nobody in your organisation competent enough to make a call to the client?
Regards,
Malcolm
