TymeBank is a Mess

I have money in my account but I cannot access it. It has been for about a month now, I have emailed Tymebank on the 26/05/2023 but with no answer. I called this morning making multiple calls with no assistance. They don't have walk in branches so their call center is supposed to be effective and helpful. I wouldn't recommend the bank to anyone.

The message that I have next to the balance says "Debit hold". When I want to transact it says " transactions on this account is not allowed"
