TymeBank is a joke. Incorrect security information leading to blocked accounts.

I had to block my profile after my phone was ****** in a hijacking incident. I called to unblock the account and waited 30min+ for the call to be answered. The agent, Tholiso (manager is Kim), asked me 'security' questions which I failed. I had my Clearscore bureau info open and was failed on ridiculous questions on Truworths and Mr Price accounts (which I don't have). Now the expectation is that I need to go to a kiosk in Pick n Pay, call the ***** department again, wait 30min, and then get verified. During this call I was accused of swearing (I did not) and impersonating myself(?). Is this bank for real?
