Tymebank is a joke.

I'm all for digital but opening a time bank account is probably one of those most impossible tasks I've had to do.

After going online and putting all my details, I was excited at the prospect of getting my card at the kiosk. Till I went to my nearest kiosk on the day which was Calton centre, I put all my details as requested but the machine kept giving me an error message till I have up. Tried looking for help but the was no one manning the kiosk. On the next occasion I went to Maponya mall and experienced the same situation x3 times. I even went as far as to a PnP in Rosebank and still the same situation.

What's funny is online my account is opened but their machines are just terrible. Not to mention the staff, oh wait there is no staff. I went to the kiosks on 6 different occasions at 3 different locations and on different days and still there was no one in sight.

It's a shame really.
