Tymebank is a horrible bank

Tymebank has the worst customer service, my mother was ****med a huge amount of money during the Easter weekend. I sent tymebank the police affidavit and case number last week but every time I call tymebank specifically the ***** department the calls get dropped or disconnected. They are not communicating anything with us or giving feedback. My mother is stressed and this is not good for her health. The most frustrating thing is that tymebank doesn't have a branch you can physically go to so their online communication should fast and effective instead its non existent. This money is my mothers pension fund she is solely reliant on that money to get through. We urgently need assistance or a positive solution. I wouldn't recommend tymebank to anyone
