My heart is broken to the core. I received a very disheartening call from my 73years old grandad, with so much frustration regarding his grant that he couldnt access at a store this morning because of something that has to do with fingerprints and money only being available after a week. We are down to the last onion and no sugar, bread, salt or just basis pap in the house. We are a family of 7, depending on one source of income. My grandfather left the house at 2am this morning, walking a 45minutes distance just to access his grant but he was told that he will only get the money in 5days, 5 days?!!! The fact that he left the house without having had anything to eat, walk that distance and queue in the wee hours of the morning, now he has to walk back home, empty handed. This is an infringement of basic human rights and tymeback is proving each time that it is a fly by night financial institution that does not care about people, especially the elderly…..my heart is sore!!! I suggest that you give people all the money in their accounts and collapse the whole “bank” because once again, you failed!!!!!
