Tymebank is a disgrace

Horrible service not protecting their clients, dissatisfied with Tymebank, I mistakenly transferred R2500 to a wrong Tymebank account, immediately called them to reverse the amount a good bank will put the amount on hold till internal investigation is done butt Tymebank failed me they charged me R177 reversal fees, then 15days later I was notified that reversal was unsuccessful because the bank couldn't get hold of the account holder in question, therefore access was granted for the money to be withdrawn even though I reported the matter, worst part when I requested to escalate the matter with complaints department I was told I am not allowed to interact with them to get answers.
