Tymebank is a complete ***** and they have poor customer service. I have been calling the since yesterday asking for a Bank statement for the month of August and the haven't helped me yet. I'm in an emergency and my bank is delaying me. A lady called Mpho from there call centre dropped the phone on me and there admin on twitter is making a fool of me, claiming that there system is working fine but when I ask for a statement they ghost me. I will never use this useless bank ever again.
