Tymebank is a ****

I am currently a Tyme bank customer, who has become a victim of Tymebank incompetence.

TymeBank went offline on the 19th of December, when it got back to working, my account was hacked and I lost R945. They claimed someone is using my virtual card and said it's blocked, I have proof, they will investigate the matter.

Yesterday the same virtual card that was blocked and no lore working, is working as the same ****es took another 945 from my account.

What must happen now, as I keep loosing money every 5 days, on a card that I was assured is blocked and under investigation.

I have proof of everything. I had to move my remaining money to another bank.

So now what must have happen to the money that I lost and Needz to pay my bills
