TymeBank *******ion and *****

Dear Hello Peter Admin.

Thank you for receiving this communication.

Two and a half months ago, my 80-year old father on pension, opened a TymeBank account to transfer money at a more economic rate than the other mainstream bank/s. He opened this account at Pick 'n Pay in Lephalale Mall, Limpopo. Addres: Shop 56, Corner Neson Mandela & Chris Hani Ave. Telephone number: +2***.

The money he deposited before transfer was pretty much his last cash, purchasing a small vehicle for him and my mother (married 60 years), and living in Naboomspruit. When he left Lephalale, there was R10 000 in the account.

Approximately 12 days ago, he received notification from Tymebank on his cellphone that someone is trying to buy R3000.00 worth of air-time. He immediately notified them this was not him, so multiple attempts immediately took place to try and purchase airtime with his account via cellphone banking. it is obviously not my father's detail. (public NON-RICA cellphone number - +2***). The attempts were reversed more than once. These attempt were made by a man, Mr. Thembeka Mthembu who's name-detail I received from the police a few days later, after just one telephone call. His cell-phone info is actually on the bank statement my father requested! My father immediately assured TymeBank via telephone that it is not him making the transactions, and rushed to the police station to write an affidavit which he immediately sent to TymeBank.

Then, suddenly while all this communication back and forth were taking place, my fathers' internet banking password was changed without his consent or knowledge, Tymebank sending him OTP transaction numbers for all these transactions without stopping the *******! The ***** who hacked my father's account then successfully stole R 9 900.00 of the R10K out of my dad's account by transferring it to another number belonging to a M. Tarzan "Junior" Gcaba, another name I received from the police (+2***). I called that number which is ALSO on the bank statement, and the ***** who received my father's money, actually answered!! I pretended it was the wrong number I dialed.

All this information was immediately supp**** to Tymebank via email, but they sent my father two emails to advise him they were not going to refund his money because, for all practical reasons, it was HIS FAULT for them *****ing his money!! He is 80 years old and a Christian his entire life. He doesn't know internet banking and have zero knowledge of these two black men who stole his money!!!

So, TymeBank distances themselves from their responsibility to refund my father. At the same time, they have done no forensic investigation into how possibly Pick 'n Pay may have a ******* employee, transacting *****ulently - or someone in TymeBank robbing a client of his money!

Tymebank have assured my father that they take no responsibility, so my father on pension has been ****** of his money without recourse. This is unacceptable on so many levels. Please assist.

Thank you kindly.

TymeBank pretty much ignored the serious flaw of your internet security, and you are trying to abstain from paying my father. He responded immediately, did some of his own research with my help, sent all the info to TymeBank, and were basically laughed off. This I promise you, this is not the end. I have secured legal opinion to execute a lawsuit based on neglegence. We can prove our case. All you can prove is that you did nothing to repair this error someone in your contractor list (Pick 'n Pay) or someone on your staff contingent did in the form of *****.

Sort this out.

No. Customer support have all the relevant detail. They can contact me, to let me know my fathers' ****** money has been refunded. You have my email and my fathers' email as well as all his detail and cellphone number.

No negotiation. Sort this out today. All is in place for a major lawsuit. Do not underestimate someone that possesses all the evidence.

Good day, it is now another day nearly complete without you contacting my father to sort this issue out and refund his money either your employee stole or the employee of your contractor Pick 'n Pay. it seems you are not seeing the urgency and seriousness of this blatant theft in which my father had no part of. It is a ******** act to allow negligence from within your organisation as a registered financial organisation, for your employee or contractor employee to remove money from an active account which security is directly underwritten by you, TymeBank.

It seems you are in no hurry to sort this out. Your silence and non-communicative attitude towards this issue is a clear indication that we need to go to the next step which is ******** charges against you. This is not some civil lawsuit warning. We will pursue ******** charges against this theft of R 9 900.00, as well as against your contractor entity in Lephalale.

I have contacted SAPS and they have confirmed this could be categorized as a ******** act under all relevant ***** and even some *******ion laws.

You need to refund my father this week, or we will pursue full legal action against you.

Once your CEO have found out that you Thebogo, are taking your time sort this out, and you had the audacity to send us some automated answer after the first email communication, and then contacting me requesting my fathers'contact and account details (YOU CLIENT!!!!), shows the ultimate low standard of customer service!

Good morning Tymebank.

This postponement to complete the full repayment to my father after you offered only 50% of the money you allowed to be ****** from him, seems to be intentional. Please be advised, all you have to do is to either pay him in full or refuse to do so publicly. Once you opt for the second option, all actions which I assure you will cost you more than R10 000. Everything is in place.

Call my father and pay him HIS money, money that your ******* employee or contractor employee stole. I am not going to back off, and i am currently accumulating information from others who you refused to pay when you are directly or indirectly responsible for the loss of their hard-earned money.

Good morning Tymebank.

You have not contacted my father or paid his full refund.

I have contacted Carte Blanche (Laura) and I await what they need from me to go ahead with public recourse. You have a complain-total of 87% in the market-place, and if you think this is not going to become public knowledge and more, please be assured that ******** charges and public outcry is going ahead if you don't contact my father today and do his refund. I am sick and tired of you thinking you are untouchable.

I total transparency, I want to warn you publicly of my next move on top of all the others. I am going to get in touch with many, many of the other account-holder who you owe money to- through hello Peter. I am sure a class-action lawsuit over and above the ******** charges against you and your contractor Pick 'n Pay, would be a major conversation-piece on national television, social and mainstream media. You are not as popular as you think. I have started my FACTUAL list of people who you *****ed in similar fashion as my father by not taking responsibility and accountability for your mistakes.

This is a private response which I will go public with, and i will publicly ask all complainants to get in touch with my office if you don't respond. I await your immediate response, or I will go public today.

TymeBank.

You seem to have selected the alternate route to paying my father his full amount of money you owe him.

I am activating the next step in ******** charges against your bank and unfortunately your CEO. You have neglected my father and your responsibility to conclude this refund will make the news soon. You clearly think we are going away. You are wrong.

Pay my father Thebogo!!! I am going to hold you personal also responsible for refusing to communicate and arrange the refund.
