Tymebank ***** investment witdrawal

I had an investment with Tymebank whilst admitted in hospital, my money was withdrawn and did a new card via their customer service centre, now they have decline to refund me, my case is with ombudsman but still they dont want to pay. I never thought that by investing with the my R100k, it would be the death of me..
