TymeBank Internet banking not secure

TymeBank claim to be a secure place for your money but this is untrue. Why?. Well they allow people to change their password, on Internet banking, without properly identifying themselves. On the app there is much better security including a selfie check - first class. On Internet banking the security is poor and TymeBank have been informed but nothing happens
