TymeBank intentional *****

Another month of fighting for my refund and assistance from Tymebank. Even the name change will not guarantee you a good service...sad! I logged a dispute and opened a second case with Tymebank regarding a transaction that went off on my account of R 1600 for loan from the same tymebank that I paid off fully long time ago. Is not this a *****?. I whatsApp and phone called, no help. Last resort now would be to move my salary out of this ridiculous bank and close this account. I deserve better
