TymeBank Horrible Service Ever

Terrible Service Ever!!!! Wow, I can't believe my eyes. Mistakenly sent money to the wrong Capitec account number. A few minutes later, called Tymebank Customer service and I was ***#&*d at. I mean I didn't even do an immediate payment, this transaction should be easily blocked or canceled from their side. What kind of a bank is this?? This is absolutely *******@#%$!! I cannot lose that kind of money, please.
