Tymebank horrible service

I purchased sneakers online through Tymebanks Moretyme in May, I never received the sneakers and my money was debited twice. I made sure there was no money during the third month and they are telling my they will add interest and my credit score will be affected. I logged a complaint a long time ago and till this day they put me on hold till I run out of airtime and they never call back to update me on the matter. The lady said “Tymebank already paid the merchant in full so the debits are for you to pay Tymebank”. Whose fault is it that yall registered ****ming merchants, I want my money back.
