Tymebank holding my salary hostage

Tymebank has downgraded my daily payments to R2000. I am unable to upgrade my account via the app and kiosks. They tell me I need to go to home affairs to verify my phone and fingerprints. How am I supposed to do this when I am working. I have to pay rent and have other obligations. Why was I not informed of this before. This is unacceptable.
