Tymebank hold account without communication with the account holder .

Tymebank put our money on hold without communicating with account holder. And that is our stokvel money we have put in SK Sikhakhane's account. Please help

Can this Case ID: US-763611 be resolved please. The account holder is been calling and no one is attending to her. Try and sort out this for us because now the account is still on hold since Tuesday.
